Pentax K20D and K200D coming soon (rumour)
It is rumoured that on January 24th 2008 Pentax will announce the launch of the new K20D to replace the K10D (pictured).
The rumours claim some high-end specs even for a DSLR including:
- a 14MP CMOS sensor,
- a 14bit RAW A/D processor,
- a 3″ LCD, better body-mounted stabilization,
- PC Syncing
Specs for the k200D, replacing the K100D include:
- a 10MP sensor from Sony,
- a PRIME 12-bit image processor,
- 3FPS
- a larger LCD that its predecessor
- 11 AF points
The timing would put the announcement just before PMA, which adds some weight to the rumors.
