Sony wows CES with 27 inch OLED TV screen
Among the many product launches taking place at CES Sony has demonstrated a jaw-dropping prototype of a 27 inch OLED TV. The mega-screen has a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio and the panel is less than 10mm deep!

This prototype will go a long way to proving OLED as a viable technology to a skeptical public which is bound to be astonished at a screen much larger that thought possible and a full HD 1920×1080 resolution.
Sony’s keynote speaker said:
“Sony working on flexible versions of this technology — it is still in the lab stages.”
Sony is investing large amounts of money into researching this technology so expect more products from company derived from OLED over the coming year.
